"Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"We booked this stay expecting a room with a functional kitchen, but the layout didn’t deliver. The kitchen is essentially part of the main living space, which made the entire area feel cramped—almost like everything was packed into one box. With a king bed and a sofa bed already in place, there wasn’t enough room to move around comfortably. Breakfast could definitely be improved.
