"The room was nothing at all like the photos , and it was not clean at all , the owner was terrible in communicating and was so rude. The Person who was cleaning the rooms was very nice, but our towels and bed sheets were not changing every day. The location was good , easily accessible to everywhere. "

"What my girlfriend loved the most was the bathtub! We have been busy traveling the last week and a half and she was overjoyed with a chance to soak in a bath tub. Room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to Piazza del Campo. Looking forward to staying with Piazza Paradiso accommodation again. We will definitely recommend Piazza Paradiso to all our friends visiting Siena!"

"The views of this hotel were ridiculous AMAZING , the front desk was very helpful and friendly. It was walkable to restaurants and amenities. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working and we call the “emergency “ number and still they did not do nothing about it, because of that we need to open the windows and I have a couple of mosquitoes bites and I guess there was a celebration and the noise from outside did not let me sleep well and the fireworks felt louder. "
