Hotel di Pusat Bandar Raya Utrecht

"Toilet paper should be provided in rolls (not individual papers) hot tub was cold, sauna out of order. No robes in room. This is not a five star property."

"Location was excellent. Quiet and peaceful. Everything is walkable. Not far from the train station. The boutique hotel rooms are small but extremely comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly."

"Beds were horrible. They need to be replaced. You can feel the springs and we didn’t sleep well at all. Tv was broken and asked twice for it to be fixed."

"We stayed at this hotel for just one night while travelling through Schiphol Airport. First, I want to acknowledge the wonderful front desk staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, and certainly a highlight. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing, particularly considering the price we paid. Our room appeared quite tired and...

"It was great, they even have a cat."

"This is my go-to place to stay when I visit my son in Utrecht. The convenience of being right across from the train station is hard to beat after long travel from the US. The staff there are always amazing, helpful, and accommodating. This has been my 4th stay here. I’ll be back."

"The property was perfectly fine and in a great location just outside of the train station and close to a taxi stand and public transportation hub. Check-in and out were quick and painless, and they held my luggage for me on the last day. The convenience store in the lobby was a nice touch, and though I didn't eat at the restaurant other colleagues at the event said it was pretty good. The room was enormous and the armchair and reading lamp were a great touch as was the big, full-sized wall...

"Great location. Very helpful staff."

"Clean, beautiful, very safe location"

"Excellent stay, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Location was superb! Easy access to the city and public transportation. The hotel offered good quality bikes for rent as well at a good price. Will return!"
