"An almost perfect stay at Pavillon. There is a lot to love about this hotel. We were in a ‘penthouse’ canal view room. The whole building is beautiful, the room is massive. Location is excellent. 5 min walk to the ferry that connects you to the rest of Lake Garda, 15 min walk to the train station for day trips to Verona, Milan, Venice. 20 min taxi to Verona airport. "I decided to stay here last minute to visit Verona. I appreciated being able to check in at 2pm. It was perfect for my overnight stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena where a lot of the tours I booked were scheduled to meet up. I didn’t book breakfast at first but you can just tell the front desk and they’ll add it to your bill at checkout. 6 euros was convenient. "Just lovely. What made it special was the owners who obviously valued their customers and had the time to talk. Beautiful, quirky and charming place to stay - I just wish I had a longer stay… brilliant in every way. Also loved the “house” dog, who was beautiful… I also had my room upgraded on arrival… which was an unexpected bonus… regardless I would give the same review. I will be back… "

"This hotel far surpassed my expectations! The suite was very spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake and a sauna outside on the deck. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a very relaxing stay."

"We had a lovely stay in Desenzano at Hotel Riviera, where Desenzano provided the perfect base for us to explore Lake Garda as we had been travelling Italy via trains. We had a balcony and lake view room, which provided gorgeous views and caught the morning sun. For us that was definitely worth upgrading for. The room felt spacious and modern. "Fabulous, exquisite hotel in a 17th century restored building. The entire staff from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping was the most pleasant and lovely I’ve ever encountered. It’s right in the heart of the main piazza, but it was quiet and secure, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!"
