"The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Newcastle Central Station. The worst thing was the american style of intrusive 'customer service'. (E.g., "I'll send you a message when you get to your room to see if you got there alright!") Also the lift floor labelling was in the american style, e.g. G-2-3-4-5- etc. This is just plain offensive. This is the first of three questionnaires you or the hotel have sent me about my one-night stay. I'll try not to lose my temper in the answers."

"Great hotel, very central to all the bars and restaurants and walking distance to Central Station where we parked our car. Well maintained hotel, room was nicely refurbished, modern and clean and overall had a nice ambiance about it. Would definitely stay again!"

"Apartment was quite pleasant. Clean, tidy and seemed comfortable.
Unfortunately it was the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Other residents were extremely loud, heels clattering upstairs, drunken shouting at all hours and the noise from the Main Street outside was nothing short of horrendous all night long so we had no sleep."
