"All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing. The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes. Excellent service from excellent staff. Looking forward to staying again. "

"Booked this hotel very last minute, due to another Hotel/Hostel (RS Hotel Leeds) informing us our booking had been cancelled even though we had all confirmation details and was still active....all this when you're checking in at 4pm to head to a concert at Leeds for 7pm start. In panic on Sat afternoon needed a hotel in the centre and found Quebec on Expedia, just round the corner from where we were. Booked and walked to the hotel, even before they had confirmation of the booking. Staff...

"I cannot fault the Quebec Luxury apartments, the only downside is that we were only staying one night! The concierge lady was so lovely and welcoming, and we were able to leave our bags at reception early and they were waiting in our room after checking in.
