"Es war unbeschreiblich toll. Die Lage ist super, man läuft nur über die Straße und ist schon am Strand. Auch der Fußweg in die Stadt und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten ist kurz. Aber die Gastgeber sind mit ihrer Herzlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und mir ist es wirklich sehr schwer gefallen wieder abreisen zu müssen. "We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs. No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property. It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid. Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs....
