"The location was perfect! Right off River Thames, next to Big Ben, The London Eye, Westminister Bridge. The hotels bar/lounge, Primo Bar had excellent service, great tasting & very well made drinks. "The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. "The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. "Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"
