"Unforgettable stay at the NH Collection in Copenhagen! Treat yourself to the waterfront junior suite as we did and you will not be disappointed. Every morning we enjoyed incredible sunset views with our in room coffee. The location is top-notch and so easy to get to the airport. I would like to particularly acknowledge the incredible staff who helped celebrated my father‘s birthday with an lush array of treats, plus a bottle of bubbles. We will never forget our time there."

"Historical building right next to round tower, very cool hotel. Rooms are spacious and newly renovated, hotel lobby bar area is cool with lots of art and tapestries.
Highlight for us was probably the sauna, which was unexpectedly good. Large courtyard with a legit Finnish sauna, free to use whenever, quality we didn’t expect at a hotel. Awesome to relax after long days exploring the

"The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"

"There are two issues on the first night ~ shower head needs a fix and pillows smells bad. We reported to the lobby manager and he said not much he can do. Then when we come back to the room at the end of first day out we were surprised to find that two issues are all fixed."

"The staff was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well equipped. We had a medium room which was well worth the little extra money. We also had breakfast included and it was better quality than the cruise ship we had just gotten off of; again worth the little extra money. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning."
