This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff

The room didn't have a coffee machine, you have to pay extra for simple amenities like slippers. The room was freezing, there is no control in the room. Breakfast was good. No room service etc.

Think European boutique hotel in a good location…small rooms, limited amenities, etc. Be aware, no AC except opening a window; not sure about heat. Welcome upon arrival efficient but far from warm. Service in the one area to get a cocktail was the worst I’ve experienced. Breakfast was ok. AM front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel!

Great front desk personnel.Beautiful lobby& restaurant,very appealing. Our room was spacious; the bed was comfortable My only problem was with the shower curtain. It seems the curtain could be a more water resistent and possibly some weighted piece in the base The floor easily gets wet and is slippery and unfortunately one uses towels on the floor.

Great hotel in central location

We had a very pleasant stay in a light filled room with roof balcony access. Service was great, the restaurant was beautiful with great food and location was very central. We would happily stay again.
