"Beautiful Hotel, with the most helpful staff with excellent English. Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. Our room in the tower was amazing, huge comfortable bed. If traveling to Bordeaux and want a superb place to stay Yndo is highly recommended "

"The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking it at breakfast "

"Internet was fast.. air con kept room cool! Staff were over the top amazing! So kind and courteous very polite and eager to get you whatever you needed with kindness! The cleaning staff were outstanding as well! Lovely polite and extremely helpful! Beds & pillows were comfortable rooms well appointed! All in all we had an amazing stay at the Majestic Hotel close to everything! Thank you to all the staff!!!"

"This hotel is in an ideal situation in the centre of Bordeaux, a minute walk to local tram and 5 minute walk to Hotel de Ville tram stop from the airport. The reception is 24 hours. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and happy. My single room was ideal. Very clean modern, with shower unit and always hot water. Room was cleaned every day. All the shopping areas, bars, restaurants are on the doorstep. Very safe and quiet area."
