"Rachel the manager of this hotel is rude and racist.
Reginald and Madison were kind and professional, Allison in corporate as fantastic. Rachel ruined my stay & made me feel unsafe. The room smelled like mold, I was having problems with my toilet, the room had mold on the curtains, there was food on the walls.
