Hotel di Pusat Bandar Bersejarah

"Rooms were small and stark. Breakfast was very good. Not a bad location but rooms in the same catagory varied immensely. Traveled with friends and their room was 1/2 the size same catagory. Next time we will try a different property."

"Expedia is also at fault here because they did not inform me that the property was under renovation: no restaurant in the evening. It was closed. A single woman travelling alone prefers to dine in her hotel. This was not available."

"Good temp. Clean. Great location! Free Breakfast"

"The host were very nice and friendly and very accommodating I would recommend this hotel to everyone"

"Stayed only 1 night before a cruise out of Ravenna. Amazing, clean and the sweetest hosts. Absolutely loved our stay. Incredible breakfast. Also provided an easy shuttle to the cruise port."

"The people working here are very gracious and helpful. Nice quiet hotel. Very handicap accessible. Nice breakfast in morning. You can get Hot coffee or tea and some cold drinks all day and night."

"Great location. Nice rooms."

"We were 5 adults staying one night prior to a cruise the next day. Due to flight delays we were late arriving, but our host greeted us, gave us a brief tour of the property and showed us where to get our complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden area a few doors down. After breakfast the host & another driver took us to the port to meet our ship. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property with spacious rooms. Elegant living room and nice patio garden. Great location in center of the old city district."

"Nice stay just a day before cruising"

"Buono"

"Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would...

Vlot ingecheckt."

"Luca, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Due to a mix up in the Expedia booking, Luca transferred us to an apartment with the view of Basilica de Santa Maria. Watching the sunrise was from our room made our Ravenna experience unforgettable. Luca also made sure we got a ride to the port."
