"This hotel and staff made our stay very easy and memorable.
Location was perfect, walking distance from train station which we used a lot. Buses were stopping right in front of the hotel.
The hotel is all renovated , clean and pleasant to stay there. The room was very spacious and I loved the bathroom and the shower.
Morning breakfast was great. Fresh daily and great variety.
We needed to extend our stay but nothing was available. The hotel was overbooked. The staff was beyond helpful....

"There was noting unique about the property or the service or amenities. The room facing the street was very noisy and they turn off the AC from the main control at night so the room was hot!! Staff was not very helpful providing direction or suggestion. I definitely won’t stay here."

"Das Personal ist das netteste welches wir seit langem in einer Unterkunft erlebt haben… an der Rezeption und im Frühstückssaal. Das Fühstücksbüffet ist hervorragend und auch sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage und die Flasche mit jederzeit Zugang zum eisgekühlten Wasser ist etwas ganz tolles, vor allem da wir es 36 Grad warm. hatten. Ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis."

"I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Location is so central and you can reach the old town in 7 minutes on foot.
The room was beautiful and spotless. Very spacious. Air con worked perfectly. The cleaning staff did an excellent job.
What made it special was the wonderful staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable.
Big shout out to Raphaela, Alessia and Norberto. Thank you so much for looking after us. You were amazing!

The air conditioning did not work in either of the two rooms we had. We reported the issue and asked for a fan. The person who received us said he would see if he could find one, but he never came back with one and never followed up.

"We stayed for a recent 3 night stay. This is a beautiful property and we had a large and comfortable room and was very clean. The location was close to the historic center and local beaches (a quick bus ride away). There were several great restaurants close by. Antonella offered many suggestions for different local options to consider for meals and each one we tried was excellent. We would definitely stay again on a return trip!"

"We arrived late and although it was slightly complicated at first as we had to WhatsApp to get access to the building, and then had codes for the interior doors, once we were in we were very happy. The room was very nice, as was the bathroom and we were able to use the kitchen area as well. Aircon was very welcome to help with sleep. It was anlso useful to be able to log into our tv apps. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and we were able to leave our luggage all day before we collected it...
