"This property needs work. The room was dirty some of the towels were dingy and old. The floors and sink and bathrooms seem to be the only remodeled for the hotel. To be nice location around food and shop areas hotel did not come up to normal standards. The lady at front desk was the nicest and most respectful person. "

"Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every team member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The level of service was exceptional. Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests, nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home.
