"Wonderful stay. Front desk, housekeeping, and room service all polite and amazing. 💕. I had left my diamond ring and they found it and held it for me. So grateful. Pool was very clean , had some ants around the chairs but no biggie. The pool bar is only open on the weekends. I enjoy my stays here. "

"Rooms were well maintained. My recommendation in the design is to consider lower vanities so allow kids to brush teeth and wash hands on their own. It’s a kids establishment so rooms should design with that in mind. Dublin doughnuts on property was a good option for breakfast, half the price of in house restaurant. Why is coffee and hot chocolate so expensive though! I liked this smaller resort as o felt safe with my kids. The magi quest was a hit so was the ropes. If your kids would enjoy these get the family pass for 6 persons to use adventure park unlimited. "

"My stay was much needed , had work at my home and needed hot water to shower and it wasn’t provided in my room - tried several times to take a shower to let the hot water warm up but never did. Very bad experience for me in a much needed situation. Staff on the other hand were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel overall was clean and nice."

"It was okay. Nothing great, but okay for the price. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, muffins, waffles, and sausage. No fruit. "

"The room smelled of stale air and strong cleaning products. There were poorly patched holes in the bathroom door. The morning of our departure the water was shut off due to a “burst pipe repair” but no one from the hotel informed us of the issue. When I tried to call to find out if it was just my room, the room telephone wasn’t working so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. No one apologized for the inconvenience and they did not offer anything to make up for the issue. They just said it was out of their control. "

"This was literally opposite NASA Space Station - perfect for hotel stay when visiting. No food available onsite (although breakfast is grab and go coffee and muffin). But there are take out options surrounding the hotel. Parking if you have your own transport - uber needed if using public. "
