Hotel Dekat Pusat Alam Punta Culebra

"Excelente servicio por el personal en recepción que me indicaron opciones para comer y seguridad en mis salidas! me encantaron los espacios amplios en las habitaciones y las bebidas disponibles en cocina fueron de gran ayuda también! VOLVERÉ PRONTO."

"The hotel is beautiful and clean, the room was also clean and comfy. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Downsides, breakfast is medium quality in terms of food quality, and taste (and expensive). The fruit was quite sad looking which for a tropical country it's unusual since these are local. The bar staff lacks training in friendliness, reminded me of the way Panama was twelve years ago, when everyone in the service industry were untrained. Beautiful room, but there's better options in...

"Great location and lovely hotel with spacious room, however, there was no hot water in the shower."

"The hotel lives up to its boutique name and the vibe fits perfectly in the beautiful Casco Viejo neighborhood. My room was lavishly decorated. The included breakfasts are much elevated from a typical breakfast buffet offering. Each day’s meal consists of a fresh fruit bowl, a full entrée from the menu, juice and coffee. The staff were all welcoming, attentive, and took so much pride in their work."

"The room was clean, and the staff was very attentive. However, the hot water was inconsistent, the shower drain seemed partially clogged, the bathroom lighting was insufficient, and the street noise was loud. Improvements in these areas would make the stay more comfortable."

"Excellent location to walk around, visit local attractions and restaurants in the old city."

"Issue checking that the room i had reserved was no available. An after rejecting a lesser option the penthouse i reserved was available. Electric lock on main door stop working so was forced to go to dinner in workout clothes because no access to shower and dress clothing since we locked out of the room from 5:30 thru 9:00 pm. We appreciate the receptionist effort but some thing should have been offered for our trouble. The apartment was clean and nice."

"Excellent experience and def would return!"

"Poor handling of a medical emergency and lack of customer care I checked in on October 26 and was diagnosed with Coxsackievirus (hand, foot, and mouth disease) early the following morning. Despite informing multiple staff members and taking precautions, hotel employees continued knocking on my door, requesting signatures for food deliveries, and requiring me to go to reception to resolve issues, unnecessarily exposing both staff and other guests to a highly contagious virus. On October 28,...

"We got the room right next to the reception. It was nice and clean, but in the morning the staff sat right outside our window. Although they weren’t loud, I could still hear them, and it would’ve been weird to open the curtains with them sitting right there. I thought there might be coffee available - seeing how there was a nice espresso maker in the bar. There wasn’t. And no one came to help me while I lingered in that area. But it was clean and comfortable and close to the small airport,...

"Was lucky to get an upgrade during my birthday trip - perhaps coincidence. Gian was welcoming and helpful upon my arrival. The hostel cat was such a bonus! Staff were friendly! Noise level at night was concerning but with earplugs much better! Hostel has a bunch of activities too and I did their bike rental, easy! Great stay."

"Would definitely stay here again."

"The unit we stayed in was large and fully equipped, with a balcony and a full kitchen. The building was secure and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in casco viejo. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we felt mostly safe walking around. The only issue we had was that the code to our lockbox didn’t work when we arrived. However, we texted the property staff and they were able to give us another code that worked right away. The internet in the unit worked...
