"Mattress was hard and seemed broken down. We both left with back aches. Room appeared clean but when I went to get a spoon out of the drawer the drawer felt greasy. "For some reason after 34 hours, I have not received my deposit back. It was when I checked out that I normally got my deposit back instantly. I mean I didn't even make back to the parking lot to my back fast enough. My deposit would hit my account instantly. I also notice on this stay there were extra charges on my card. $55 here another $65 and another $55 all around 3&4 am. I what's taking my deposit so long all of a sudden?"

"My room smelled like a cattle farm, no one cleaned our room for 4 days, the bar was never opened charged me 250 deposit and no amenities. It was awful will never stay there again. Stayed there last year and wasn’t that bad as now. The staff was not nice never spoke. Non friendly. "

"Ground floor room smelled horrible. Wanted to create a draft to air out the room and it turns out the nail in the window was removed—the nail that would have only allowed the window to be opened part way. Would not have mattered as the frame of the screen in the window was damaged (as if someone had tried to remove the screen from the outside) and would have allowed bugs into the room if the window was open. So, either way, I wasn’t going to get a draft going. Management sent someone to come...

"The hotel's boiler was not working and they did not have hot water. The boiler could not be fixed until Monday. We asked for hotel recommendations and they had none. We were late for an event by two hours. It was a horrible expereince."

"Sue the bartender in evening was very kind and had excellent service. Breakfast crew was very friendly as well and breakfast itself was decent. Friday morning the options were a bit smaller than Saturday which had eggs, Canadian bacon and biscuits & gravy. Would revisit again when in need of place to stay in Roseville. Also the nearby restaurants are pretty dang good too. "
