"Property is in being remodeled, dust and dirt everywhere. Barking dogs in rooms, doors slam shut with a noise, room door have gaps so noise travels inside. Breakfast was included but was very limited, fruit looked rotten, no cream for coffee. "

"There are roaches in the room i stayed in.. Smelled like a run down motel from the 1980s Furniture looked like they found it at a garage sale. I was there a total of 3 hours out of a stay from thursday Night to Monday morning. I want my money back!!! I went .7 miles away to la quinta inn. Immaculate rooms, staff is actually a person on site, not some guys face on a kiosk in some other country. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"The hotel was quite run down, with chipping paint, and trim, bubbles on the ceiling where leaks had happened, a dirty bathtub and a noisy refrigerator that sounded like a running truck. When it stopped, it sounded like the truck ran over a dozen coke bottles. The furnishings looked 50 years old, with dings and scratches. The nightstand had no lamp, and the chair at the working desk gave me a backache. Wi-Fi was feeble and slow - I got better results tethering to my phone hotspot. Parking was...

"I wasn't very happy with this room...the smells are overwhelming and bad. The smell was also on the sheets I left way before check out couldn't sleep"

"The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. "We had 3 adults in our party but were only given 2 bath towels, one wash cloth, one hand towel and no bath mat. The thermostat was not working in our room. The coffee pot had to be moved into the bedroom from its regular location as there was no outlet to plug it in."

"The kitchen has a full fridge, a two-plate electric stove, a sink and a microwave. However, there are absolutely no pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, soap sponges, plates, glasses or cups. Also the bathroom and bedroom contain no kleenex. It's bare bones. On the plus side, there is a wide screen TV and remote, a clock/radio and an ironing board and iron."

"This hotel was great. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great, and during our stay we were there for a soccer tournament so lots of kids and families, as well as two collegiate rowing teams! They kept the food coming and the breakfast area very clean, which was quite impressive given the number of people there. The hotel is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants."
