"Small hotel. Don’t go with heavy luggage cause there’s no one to help you."

"Stayed a night before in the single room and it was bad. The private room with an attached bathroom is much better. Bed is more comfortable but clearly the pillows are lumpy and the extra blanket is a blues clue's kids blanket. Floor is dusty and linens have lots of small stains. New ones? Old ones? Who knows. "Every time we travel to Bucaramanga we stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and friendly. They have a great restaurant on the top of the building and you can see the whole city. The hotel is attached to the large mall so you can go down stairs and going into the mall. Great restaurants and shopping all around the hotel. I tell all my friends to stay there when in town."
