"Meget imødekommende personale, fin service. Havde glemt min jakke, som de kørte ud til lufthavnen med. Det ville de ikke have noget for. Der var ingen rist i brusekabinen, så vandet løb ud på badeværelsesgulvet. Der var ikke varm vand i bruseren, men det sagde vi ikke før afrejse. Det var en fejl sagde de. Ville gerne have haft det at vide. Der manglede håndklæder hver dag. De tog de brugte men glemte at lægge nye. Dejlig og billig morgenmad."

"+ great location, garden and staff -/- nothig works and place is getting quite run down and not maintained. Value for money is poor but at lower rate would still be nice place to stay. Visit of 3 adults with 3 rooms booked. The garden and balcony's are really the great feature of the hotel, just loved all the green. Hotel is in great location and overall staff is great. "This is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are exceptionally well-organized, spacious, and spotless. The attention to cleanliness is evident throughout the property. The towels are large, soft, and fluffy—more than enough to comfortably accommodate any guest. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and easy-to-adjust temperature controls, making every shower relaxing and enjoyable. The food service deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. The complimentary all-you-can-eat dining options were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The room service menu is equally impressive and easily earns another 10 out of 10 for both quality and selection. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. They speak English well and consistently go above and beyond to help guests. No matter the request, they seem willing to bend over backward to find a solution and ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I also had the luxury of a private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Because of the warm summer temperatures, the water remained pleasantly warm into the evening, making it perfect for a relaxing nighttime swim after a day of sightseeing or activities. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable stays I have experienced. The combination of outstanding accommodations, excellent food, exceptional service, and thoughtful amenities makes this a place I would highly recommend and happily return to in the future."

"I loved this hotel, I got an upgrade in my room bc my status in Expedia and a 10 dollars gift card , the room was great , Ac very strong I loved that and the bed was one of the best thing … breakfast was fine as well , and the staff was extra friendly, they even let me check out 1 hour later for free …the only thing I didn’t like was the pool, the water feels weird and the pool is not in the best shape but I saw a sign they they will closed it for 2 weeks for repairs so it will be great soon… 100% recommend"

"Lovely boutique hotel on the river. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. They even made us takeaway coffees for our sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. The location is excellent and we also enjoyed using the pool when we got back from our excursions. The only thing to mention is that I think we were given clean towels daily despite hanging our towels up which is not great for the environment."

"We loved every moment at the hotel! - Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lisa, Mick And Shalley for making our stay wonderful—will didn’t want to leave. Shout out to Mick for taking the extra steps in setting up a room for me at 11pm. He didn’t know that it was a job interview—he only knew that I had a video call to take. I was hired! - Food options were great and if not on the menu, they were able to accommodate. - Room was spacious and pool was perfect way to end a hot day. - Perfect location near Pub Street, Night Markets and other attractions nearby. Overall, having travelled to over 85 countries, this hotel is one of top 5 on my list!"

"I have to say from the minute we got to the hotel to when we left I really couldn't fault Metta at all, they were incredible. We checked in on May 25th and stayed till the 29th, we caught a sleeper bus so we got there really early like around 5:30am and our plan was just to drop off the bags, do a quick change and then head off to explore siem reap. But soon after William (Manager) came in and found out about our early check in and said that he can get our room ready in the next hour (this was at like 7am) and even better he told us to go have breakfast and the restaurant (technially we hadn't paid for that day). We told them we were fine with getting the room like we should around 2pm but they insisted they would do their best to get out room ready and to have breakfast on them! I couldn't believe how generous and great the staff were. We stayed there 4 days and we loved every minute of it. The room was great, the hospitality was amazing, the food was incredible, there was even a happy hour by the pool in the evenings where the staff would chat and get to know the guests. We loved every bit of it, they accomodated all our needs and if you were planning to book a place this would be it. You won't regret it, I will recommend this place to anyone who decides to stay in Siem Reap. A hidden gem in my eyes, a beautiful hotel with beautiful people, thank you for making our stay as incredible as it was."
