"Everything was great. Only complaints would be stomach issues, but I probably should has doused my pico in lime juice, and party pool bar smells like a full urinal, but that is not the Riu's fault. We liked the room, the food, the drinks. There was plenty of space and oceanfront seats. Great time at a beautiful resort. "

Best part nobody was hounding you down to buy timeshare. Definitely will be coming back and referring this place to all my friends and family. "

When my mom twisted her ankle on the beach, Roman was immediately there to help. He provided emergency services, expertly wrapped her foot, and continued to check on her throughout our stay to ensure she was comfortable and recovering well. His dedication made a world of difference to us. The food and drinks at the hotel were also top-notch. We enjoyed a variety of delicious meals and refreshing beverages that exceeded our expectations. "First time staying at a Palace resort and our expectations were exceeded. The resort was clean, very well maintained, the staff was friendly and engaging, and the food was very good. The night club was a nice addition that you don’t find at all resorts. We are already looking to plan our next vacation at another Palace Resort. One thing I will mention though, the beach did not have the crystal blue waters I am used to in Cancun. If this is important to you, make sure you find out how the water is before you book. We haven’t been to Cancun much but apparently the beautiful blue water is north of the airport area and in the hotel zone. "
