"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

"Don’t ever go to this place we had a horrible experience. We had a snake in our room and the staff didn’t want to change the room for us. "Anreise mit dem Auto schwierig, da nie Parkplätze frei waren. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben dem Restaurant und es war als würden die Personen im Restaurant auf unserem Balkon sitzen, null Privatsphäre… Das Restaurant war super chaotisch, es waren nie abgeräumte Tische vorhanden auch wenn schon fast keiner mehr da war, das Essen war nicht wirklich gut, alles wie in einer Massenabfertigung. Wasser bekam man nur eine 0,5l Flasche beim Einzug danach nichts mehr, an der Bar wurde man abgewiesen da...
