"Barcy club was the best of all the amenities, as a family hotel having little ones around is a common thing, but for the living parents can be a bit overwhelming, at Barcy club the staff knows how important is for the parents to have some time off the little ones and they really make the kids enjoy. My son loved them, he wanted to be there all the time, I had to drag him out for lunch or dinner, he had a blast, the ladies were so great, the activities were awesome pinta caritas, horse ride, pirate party, The rest of the hotel was great, good food and a large selection of drinks with and without alcohol. Goid music, casino nights, staff very friendly. My family had a great time and we are planning to come back "

"The hotel is beautiful- everything from the grounds to the rooms. The food is excellent, the drinks were amazing. By far, the best part of the resort was the staff- to mention a few that made our vacation incredible, are Carlos, Yari, Daniel, and . The water aerobics were a workout! We learned so many dances while poolside. Carlos' spanish class was so fun! He is so patient and just such an amazing human. Everyone who meets him is lucky to have his cool, calm demeanor in their life. Miskayla is FULL of energy and fire- exactly what you need in life to get you moving. She walks around the pool, greeting everyone with a big smile- energy for days! Yari - a smile that could brighten the darkest room. She gets you involved and never forgets a name. They make day amazing by the pool and beach. Full of energy and good vibes. Every guest feels like family. We have been to our fair share of all inclusives and this one is going to be tough to beat. Kelvin the poolside server was attentive and always on point , knowing when our cups were getting low on drinks. The server Jose Luis at The Grill and Oregano was fantastic! He is a true gem for this resort. Yorka, part of the reservation/checkin team- she is fantastic! She was full of knowledge and having her as one of the first faces you meet when arriving, is exactly what this resort needs. We spent 8 days, 7 nights here and can not think of one thing that was bad. We will absolutely be returning and can't wait to be welcomed "home" "
