"The food was horrible at any of the restaurants on the complex, some of the staff was amazing but some other staff not well trained. Poor information, no amenities, the bathroom toilet was leaking water, the shower was leaking water outside the bathroom, was blood on my bed. No activity on the pool, no shows, we have to go to sleep at 10 because everything is close at 10:00 pm, I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this time it fell I need to because we paid so expensive for a service that we not received."

"Fascinada! Excelente lugar en todo el sentido de la palabra. El servicio de los empleados desde que llegas hasta que te vas muy bueno. La facilidades para el disfrute todo en un solo lugar. Variedad de piscinas para adultos y niños a escoger. La barra dentro de la piscina excelente. El buffet muy variado y muy buena la comida. Tiendas, Casino, Discoteca, Sport Bar, Teatro, Restaurantes, Trolley que te lleva a las áreas deseadas y a las habitaciones y canchas para todo tipo de deporte. Tienen de todo! Volveré muy pronto. 💯% Recomendado."

"We got our room at 3:15 pm and when we walked into our room, there was absolutely nothing in the fridge. No water beer pop nothing. No towels no bed sheets or pillows. Not a great start to a checkin at a 5 star resort. After calling numerous times I could not reach anyone on any of the phone lines. It just rang. No one answered. Luckily upon arrival I met a nice worker named Braulio. He had given me his WhatsApp contact if I ever needed any assistance. So I had to message him. After a few hours we ended up getting everything they lacked to give us when we checked in. After travelling all night and all day, all we wanted was some water and a shower and without a stocked minifridge or towels we were unable to do that. Things did turn around though and did get better but I do not consider this a 5 star resort strictly because of this then to get a call days later saying if my claims were to check out I’d be compensated. I’m not looking for any compensation nor did I receive any and the fact that nothing was in our room upon check-in and for them to say that my claims were to check out? Not impressed. But things did get better. There was only one other day that our fridge wasn’t stocked. The cleaners were very, very nice and helpful. I did go out to one of the restaurants though and received a very, very disgusting glass of water. When I told them about it, they took it away and never did bring me back another one. It was a nice resort, but I won’t stay with Princess again."

"Everything about the resort was absolutely amazing. To the food, friendliness, service, everything was an absolute ten out of ten. I had so much fun and enjoyed the amazing activities the resort had to offer and the restaurant options were amazing. I will definitely be back."

"Everything was great very, clean resort staff was super friendly shout out Dariel for being the best entertainment staffer on the resort and in Punta Cana. He took care of us and was super friendly and awesome. Highly recommend checking out if you’re here. The drinks were great and he was always a great time!"
