"The hotel experience was exceptional, particularly the culinary team at Ventanas, The steak house restaurant did not delivered my expectations, the concierge didnt had knowledge of on-site activities and the provision of accurate information for amenities such as the golf course. We commend the outstanding service provided by PALOMINO and the water park facilities."

El hotel es muy bueno, fuimos en temporada baja y habรญan cosas que no operaban regularmente como por ejemplo cerraba el bar o el restaurante estaba menรบ limitado pero en general la experiencia sรบper. Recomiendo llamar antes y confirmar si estรก operando todo y de seguro serรก una estadรญa perfecta"
