"The staff was amazing! Diego took excellent care of us and Hugo in the bar was great. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the lake. We definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puno. Thank you to All the incredible staff!"

"Nothing fancy, but nothing in this town is. Clean, comfortable room. Service was excellent, although very annoying that front desk called us at 9:20 to tell us breakfast was ending at 10, and we were planning to skip it to sleep in! Two-minute walk to main plaza and street with lots of restaurants. Minimal breakfast buffet. No fridge. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange for laundry and airport transportation. The hot water is great, but not always available (depends on usage). The rooms were very clean as well. "

"Comfy beds and good restaurant with room service available. No free water or tea apart from at breakfast but they did pack us a breakfast box when we had an early start. "
