"I hardly write review but I must say this is the Best hotel so far with reasonable charge in Singapore. So attentive to detail. Finally a hotel that doesn't put work table right under blower and freeze me all the time. Good bathroom design and water pressure, quiet and nice, polite staff, fast check in, free breakfast with so much choices and much nicer in taste/healthy than normal paid breakfast. Bed and pillow is firm, all just make my stay so comfortable vs other budget hotel! "
"The entire establishment, in addition to offering a golf course, offers an extensive array of family activities. Our children enjoyed the fun pool, 1 of three offered (bunker and lap pool for other two) which conveniently had a Subway right at the area. Most convenient was the Fair Price market located downstairs where the shuttle was located which took us to the subway terminal (plenty of Hawker centers nearby and mall when you get off). "Used this property for a stop over as it was cheaper than staying at the airport and just a 20min drive ($35 taxi) from there.
The check in was quick and simple and 5mins walk is a mall with plenty of food and shopping options.
The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable.
I would stay here again. "
"During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.
The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."
"This place is perfect for the budget traveller. Simple small room, easish to get to from Changi about an hour in the mrt and bus 145.
Also has a little side office I used for the day to work remotely. The man in front counter was awesome so friendly… I’ll use this little place again "
"This is a very clean hotel for budget travelers. Accommodations are expensive in Singapore but the Hotel promises were located in a non tourist neighborhood (someone told me it was a red light district but I did not notice anything suspicious or dangerous whatsoever) and the accommodation price was reasonable. Used grab to move around the city, the subway system is not so near."

"Nice location and clean and spacious room. Only thing negative is the sounds coming from the external walls or ceiling every night. I noticed this everytime I stay in this hotel. For the faint hearted will think is haunted"
