"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"The entire establishment, in addition to offering a golf course, offers an extensive array of family activities. Our children enjoyed the fun pool, 1 of three offered (bunker and lap pool for other two) which conveniently had a Subway right at the area. Most convenient was the Fair Price market located downstairs where the shuttle was located which took us to the subway terminal (plenty of Hawker centers nearby and mall when you get off). "The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts food quality and selection is also excellent. Location is pretty convenient; food is easily accessible and easy to get to from the airport by bus. The only thing that can be improved is the exercise room"
