"Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing."

"Staff working the night upon check in. She was very rude and wouldnt give her name for the complaint. As rude as she was, I as a guest dis not want to further my night to check in and lost out on my money worth for that night to stay over night within the hotel.
Due to her nasty attitude for check in and for poor customer service. Im hoping to enjoy my stay next time. Next time as in hopes that this particular front desk reception does not work there any longer. As she was not professional...
