"It was beautiful and the staff was lovely. But the temperature in my room was beyond cold. I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. "Turtle bay was beautiful as always. Condo suffered. Carpet in bedroom smells and needs to be replaced. Dirt marks on refrigerator. Screen to lanai was broken, wheels need to be replaced. Furniture on lanai was rusty. Wasnt looking for a stocked kitchen but there was zero in the way of salt, pepper, any spices.not used to that. "

"This unit was less than average. We were very disappointed to hear that this property would not provide us an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel. After spending over $2,000 to stay here, we would expect to see an extra roll under the sink or even provided to us after calling the front office or management.
