"The resort is located in a beautiful spot. It’s quiet and not on the Main Street which was nice. Had a beautiful view and pool. One complaint we had was that the water isn’t safe to drink and they only provided 2 very small water bottles of drinking water per room and it took an act of god it felt like to get more… we have stayed at plenty of resorts where they provide filling stations or unlimited water bottles of water, also we had to pay for water at the pool, no good. Another complaint...

"I totally understand that staff is nowhere near responsible for this, as they were always friendly and supportive. Our room didn’t have hot water, the AC was extremely loud and the music from the hall a few floors downstairs made the whole room vibrate (they informed us there was a gathering from 6-10 pm so at least that was nice)."
