"We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Railay was laid back and fun to explore. Right next to the walking street which was super convenient. Our suite had great air conditioning, and the pool was beautiful to swim in. There were lots of animals around, from monkeys to monitor lizards to friendly resort cats. Breakfast was delicious every day with many options to choose from, we especially liked the egg station! Would stay here again."

"Everything was perfect until you try and leave the property. I checked out at 12 and went the long tail boats. They told me since I was only one person that I needed to pay 800 baht to go to Ao Nang. I did not want to pay 800 to go around corner so I waited for more people to come but no one showed after 1 hour. I finally decided to walk thru the jungle trail with my luggage to Railay beach where there are more people. There, the boat captains were pushy and rude and asking for 200 baht...

Just a quick 10min stroll to the buzzing walking street which connects east to west railay and has lots of restaurant and nightlife options. Been to railay 10 years ago and fell in love with it again..such a chill place."

"Clean rooms, good air conditioning, absolutely amazing location for nature. BUT almost zero amenities to access. You must take a boat to go anywhere and get anything. Which during certain tides can be a challenge."

"Airport TransferComfortable private van to tuk tuk to private boat to Railay very smooth, reliable for both our arrival & departure. These guys worked hard! Housekeeping daily was also reliable & great! Pool guys were awesome especially Boy, they will keep you hydrated. The only person who worked notably hard in the dining area and truly went out of their way to serve us while in the dining area was BoY. If Boy wasn’t there, no one seemed interested or cared in serving us much in the dining...

"Very clean room including restrooms and balcony, all the accessories were available in fact 2 x bottles of drinking water were provided everyday. The staff were very helpful. The Mountain View was amazing also the location is great area very quiet and peaceful. The restaurants and the shops were nearby about 1-2 mins walk however it’s 20-25 mins walk to beach. Pool was clean and tidy. Free breakfast were available all though I recommend to have little bit more of the varieties on breakfast and...

"This swim up room was 100% better than our last one. The staff were very quick to sort out our faulty WiFi connection and we loved the water cooler in reception to refill water bottles. The breakfast was very poor, coffee was awful - we only had a coffee machine for one breakfast our of 4, the other mornings coffee was disgusting. The breakfast is also inside on the third floor which is a pity."
