"Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels, good to mention also that I had great amount if towels to use, not like other hotels or club where they expect you to use 2 towels during your whole stay or even charge you when you ask for one. Change the check-in and check-out time and it’d be perfect."

"We had the perfect room located in the Premium section. The staff was incredible, Stephen, Christian, Jimmy and Javier to mention a few of the bartenders. Shirley and Tiffany were the hostess with the best personalities at the premium restaurant. We had the most incredible time and cannot wait until our return."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nya Hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, creating a cozy family atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly caring; when my daughter severely sunburned her hand, they promptly brought us medication. Even during rain, they kindly provided umbrellas at guests’ doors. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. However, I found the note from the cleaning staff requesting a tip a bit unnecessary. "
