Cleaniness: 5/5 Staff : 5/5 Amenties: 5/5 Room: 4/5, room is slightly on the smaller side. Out of all the hotels I visited in diff parts of NZ only this one helped me to carry luggage to the room. Staff is friendly here and ready to help.

Rydges Auckland
Great location with a clean, well-appointed room. The staff, especially the concierge were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
