ResortQuest Phu Quoc Island hotels

The hotel has everything you expect for a 5-star property: spa, dining options, pool, private beach. But what makes this hotel special is the people working there, so attentive and always with a smile. Loved that the staff at the breakfast walks around to chit-chat with the guests, got some great travel tips that way.

nice resort and staff helpful and friendly

I had a great 3 days 2 nights stay at here. It's very clean and comfortable, everything was exact like the photo shown. And not forget the mention the friendliness and professional of the hotel crews. They are thoughtful and always ready for help. Thank you and I hope I will return to this place soon!

Phu Quoc has a very nice beach and is quiet. Cassia Cottage has attentive servic, nice facilities and is well located. The restaurant is very good.

Amazing place, staff were cleaning the beach every morning. The family bungalow was huge with two bathrooms (outdoor and indoor) to each room. We didn't have any insect problems Overall a wonderful experience, it would be perfect if the private beach section was slightly larger. Wish there were more shuttles to/from town - the shuttle was full the last day and we had to take a cab back

Super luxurious stay. Well worth money spent. The sea water clear but not crystal clear. Alot of algae. Hardly any fishes to be seen but beach was kept clean. 3 swimming pools, one for adult only. Food was fantastic!!!

We loved the quiet elegance of this resort. It’s beautifully run - the staff are very attentive. English isn’t widely spoken but we managed to understand each other very well. The rooms are lovely, our only issue was that the bed was way too soft -- we aren't used to this and found it difficult to sleep for extended periods of time. The food was fabulous, with a wide variety of healthy and decadent options. And the bar and dining areas were very beautifully set up - more like a private...

Overall the experience is great! Love the sunset and beach is super clean. Just that the area is still under construction, far from town but other than that is absolutely nice!
