The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the major attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The studio unit on the 9th floor was perfect for my stay. It was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The view overlooking the pool was a nice touch, creating a relaxing...

"Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable."

"This hotel is in a great location—very accessible to public transportation and right across from SM Mall and plenty of dining options. The room was exceptionally clean, and they provided ample towels and toiletry kits. The staff were excellent—very welcoming and ready to assist with luggage the moment you arrive at the entrance. One tip: if you’re planning to have breakfast at the hotel, make sure to book it with your room. Otherwise, the walk-in price can be quite "

"Amazing stay, as always. My family feels comfortable there, feeling like it’s home since we usually use Park Inn whenever we are in Iloilo. Its very close proximity to the mall is a plus. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast always wonderful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming!"

"The room was fantastic - big and the bathroom/shower was perfect, really felt like a 5 star hotel room. I stayed in 5 hotels on my trip to the phillipines, and the breakfast here was the best of all - really good food. Also ordered dinner one evening and the pasta was great. "
