Nice hotel and room was clean. There is only a sheet and very thin blanket on bed. No linens for the hide a bed, went to front desk and were told house keeping does not leave extra linens for front desk staff. Heat did not work in our room or my parents room.

The hotel is okay overall. The front desk receptionist up on arrival was cold and not very friendly. The room was big and spacious, which was nice, but the open layout makes it impractical—if someone is in the living area while another person needs to sleep, it doesn’t work very well.
