"We had a balcony corner room with great views. They hotel and room was clean, but could use some updates (elevators, balcony railings, bathroom and carpet). The food was very good, I recommend the hotel and would stay here again. We did not use the pool area and can not review it."

"The staff was very nice and welcoming. A very short walk to Whitecap beach as well. There is a beach parking lot seconds away too, should you want to take more to the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Definitely staying again"

"First off, the inside of the hotel was musky-smelling. This includes the lobby and the floor our room was on. The room itself was clean, but still musky-smelling, although the air conditioning helped that some. The bathroom soap was empty and there aren’t any bars of soap because the rooms only have the refillable bottles, which hadn’t been refilled. The breakfast was good and plentiful, although the yogurt machine was out of order. Also, be prepared to put up an $75 credit card deposit when you...

"Room was fine, clean, a good all-around basic hotel. Breakfasts are adequate but hardly fine dining. With one notable exception, staff were pleasant."

"Problem by closing restrooms door, was hitting the toilet... one of the metal poles from the pool is broken and it was unsafe for my kids. The metal handle to enter the pool popped out of place from the bottom when we were grabbing on to it to enter. We let the front know and they said they will take care of it."
