"Charming decor, fresh, clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette so we were able to cook our breakfasts and grill outside after our days out and about if we wanted on one of the convenient gas grills a very short walk from our front door. Nice fire pit and chairs for relaxing with a cocktail and maybe meet someone new if someone is around. Adjacent to a nice quiet road for a morning or evening walk if you like to do that. Short drive to the welcome center for Acadia too!"

Close to restaurant and within reasonable walking distance to the lighthouse! Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and will help you if you aren’t sure exactly where you want to go/so. We took some of his advice and it was worth it. Definitely would consider staying here again! "

"This is really a wonderful facility, and the staff/owner was very professional, gracious, and pleasant. The room was quite nice. The problem we had is that it is a little bit too far to walk to downtown, which is kind of important because the parking and downtown Bar Harbor is absolutely horrendous."
