"i really liked the room it was decent size and the counter staff was amazing. super friendly. they have bikes you can use and water in the lobby. very good location in downtown. my only note would be the rooms do no have a deadbolt. there is security and front desk 24/7. i felt very safe and would come back :) "

"The room was clean. Staff was friendly but did not volunteer my complementary “bottle of wine” that had been advertised at booking. I had to ask for it later, and was presented with a “personal size” (.375 l) bottle with one plastic glass in the little paper bag. My booking was for two guests… AC unit in the room sounded like a mini-tractor every time it would turn on, and sleeping with that background noise was interesting. Elevators are a separate affair altogether - plan on waiting for them for a long while, and then be prepared that they would take you to unexpected levels a couple times before reaching yours 😂. The location is perfect for The Climate Pledge Arena goers which was the main reason we had chosen this particular place, as well as any other events nearby. We parked at the hotel’s garage, and it’s very tight and crowded during the events. "

"Unless you are staying in the main tower (at a higher price) it is a bit of a walk to get to your room and you need your keycard to get through each building. The annex rooms are older but clean and quiet. The airport shuttle was quick and convenient, or you can walk to the airport if you need to. There are several dining options right across the street which made it perfect for our quick overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!"
