Cari Kabin di Pulau Matinloc

"The resort was beautiful and pool area is amazing, service by staff wasn’t as great as most places we’ve been to. Our rooms weren’t cleaned when asked, we had to remind staff of our requests multiple times, lots of stray animals around rooms and also in and out of the kitchen. Breakfast buffet was very poor and food from restaurant was satisfactory but cocktails were enjoyable."

"This would be a 5 star if the lobby front desk area had fans for staff and guests. This place is absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing. The staff and housekeeping were extremely helpful and hospitable. Truly a wonderful resort."

"環境很好，風景也超讚，一定要親自住過才知道有多爽"

"As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. "硬體跟軟體服務都是滿分 給了我們超棒的假期 謝謝你們"

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. I forgot my hand luggage at the reception but the staff called me and the manager delivered it himself. That was service way and beyond. The breakfast items are great and there are good lunch and dinner selections. It is an eco friendly resort . We loved it . It is 5 minutes walk from a tuk tuk stand from where down town El Nido is access. ."

"The resort was great our cottage was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff were very helpful. Rachel was very accommodating at the front desk answering our questions and was able to extend our stay and ordered us a shuttle. The two gentlemen at the Bull restaurant bar gave us good service. Their free breakfast were excellent and many to choose from. We would love to stay there again."

"如果有下次一定還會來住，太舒適的度假了"

"Breakfast is good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The shower has no door so the water can splash out. The key is old fashioned not card keys. But overall we like the hotel. It is beautiful inside the hotel"

The pool was delightful and an area we frequented often. The happy hour at the restaurant was great with delicious and perfectly made cocktails. I had a massage at the facility,...
