"Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. "Ehhhhhh. We had a major issue checking in regarding room. After a day of writing to Hilton corporate , we finally were able to get the results we needed. Thank you GM Solte for your help and assistance. Staff all around 10/10. Food needs help as well as some areas of resort. Serum at the spa was excellent. I’ll visit again only for a few nights only do to the staffs hospitality . "
