"We loved the hotel, its location, our room decor and the breakfast. Only thing we would say tarnished the stay was that we checked out on my birthday. The booking was in my name via hotels.com and even put it on the special requests to make sure the hotel knew and we didn’t even get so much as an acknowledgement of choosing to stay at your hotel for 3 nights for my birthday. Sad that the human touch was missed there by staff at all touch points throughout the stay."

"This is our 5th stay here. We usually use the restaurant pool below the hotel but it looks to be shut down. The water pressure was poor and the WiFi was very slow and inconsistent "

"We arrived late with our baby and the reception staff were very helpful. The lady gave us some milk so our little one would be content as it was 2am. We were taken to our room and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful and pleasant. A lovely clean hotel that catered for all your needs! "

"Hotel was clean and stuff very friendly and accommodating. It was quite even though very close to the airport. Our booking included breakfast which was amazing. Hotel also have small and clean gym which was unexpected bonus and we ended up using it two times. Area around is also nice but a bit busy with cars parked all around.
