"Due to bad storms, our daughter's flight into Portland was canceled and after several hours of trying to get her out of Chicago, we got her the final seat on a flight to Boston that arrived after midnight. The hotel was in their right to deny cancellation, but after we explained our hardship, they still decided they would rather have an empty room than help us out with the desperate situation we were in. So they got their money and we were out the cost of an extra hotel room, a last-minute...

"There were no paper guides for where ice could be found , not on same floor as room. We are sure staff must have been interrupted while cleaning, drink in refrigerator no soap in bath other than shower gel no bath mat no paper or plastic cups in bathroom. We complained at desk got missing items and free passes for poor breakfast, dry oatmeal toaster nob missing I took picture of fruit bowl with mold on orange can't load it on this devise have it on my phone. All and all I would never recommend...
