"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Sierra Negra on Isabela Island for 3 nights. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could hear the waves from the room. It is a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and close to restaurants, tour companies and shopping. We LOVED being directly on the beach and having an ocean view that included breakfast. "The owners were very friendly and welcoming. It appeared to be a family run establishment and they made sure we felt at home. Rooms are simple, clean and safe. A few blocks from the beach and close to all amenities. "

"Lovely place right on the beach. Great location, walking distance form lots of restaurants and shops. Not that far from pier, like 20 min walk. Staff super nice and helpful. Proactively reached out to us to make sure we had breakfast either in their terrace or giving us a to-go bag. I’d definitely will stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner during our stay. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. The staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do on Isabela Island, which really enhanced our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. "We had a lovely night stay here. You’re on an island so some ants and bugs can be expected. This isn’t The Four Seasons so if you were looking for that you would be disappointed. What you will find staff willing to go above and beyond like Jonathan, who made our stay lovely. Love that you could just walk to the beach right behind the property. The peace and tranquillity you will find here is unmatched. I think this is the best place to stay on the island. We will definitely be returning. "

"Lovely hostal on Isabella Island! I've stayed at 4 hostels in the islands and this one was by far my fav. Many lacked the social aspect, but here the owners have a lovely beach bar across the road where they hosted events (game nights, trivia, etc) which was great to meet other travellers. The rooms were spacious, shower was hot, rooftop area was nice. "Établissement sans charme, l'accueil est à peine correct. Chambre avec clim, frigo et bonne literie. Il a fallu insister pour avoir un en cas à la place du petit dejeuner le jour de notre depart tôt le matin. Les chambres avec vue sur l'océan sont peut-être meilleures mais ellessont plus chere."
