"Sat on the bank of the Nile this lovely little hotel was perfectly situated for easy access across the city. Staff couldn’t have been more polite or helpful and the taxis ordered for us were well-priced and considerate. Food was good, and alcoholic drinks plentiful. We had such a good few days here. Thank you!"

"Felt very private and the property has fantastic views of Aswan from up top. That said, it also means it's a bit less convenient to get into town especially by foot. The property is also connected to the main Basma hotel slightly down hill which is bigger and busier, so that's both a private and a potential issue for some. But because the Exec Club is more private, service was more attentive and privacy away from heavy traffic was better."

"Staff were pleasant and helpful but the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Something had been spilt on the floor in the hall and was there for the entire 2 days we were at the hotel. The pool chairs were dirty. Breakfast buffet was fine. The evening menu items were better than the evening buffet. The hotel location is close to the river cruises but it is not a nice area to walk. "

"Beautiful location with easy access to the ferry terminal. We were met by Gamal and brought across to the island on his boat. From the moment we met him Gamal went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. We learnt much from him about the Nubian culture and people and we have great respect for him. We would lovee to return again.
