"We are extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. Upon arrival, we were informed that the apartment we had already booked and paid for was unavailable due to repairs. This issue was not communicated to us in advance. Instead of providing a proper solution, we were asked to wait and were later offered an alternative in the same building but required to pay an additional 900,000 VND, which is completely unacceptable.
