They also put out new chairs this season and have plenty of umbrellas placed out to enjoy, for no charge, on a first come basis!
The Tiki Bar by the pool is popular and cute.
The outdoor eating areas overlooking the beach have been redecorated and look gorg
eous with twinkling lights at night.
The beach has only a short walk to the ocean up a few steps.
The desk staff are hardworking and helpful.
The problem I had was with the housekeeping staff which you have to request for them to clean up.
No one ever came to our room for the three days we were there even though I requested it several times .
We kept waiting outdoors for them to finish up, but they never did. Icalled and we told the front desk several times.
We had to empty our own trash, pickup towels, toilet paper, tissues, and deal with dirty towels piling up, a very dirty floor, and although we told them, no recompense was given.
Another problem is always a late check-in on Sundays as the rooms are never cleaned and ready until after check in time.
Others who came in after us got their rooms, because they were ready;
I felt like we were punished--ours was ready just before 5 pm and we arrived around 3 pm.
