"The position of Bungalow 23 has no breeze which was difficult in the hot & humid November weather and a mouldy smell upon arrival. No other bungalows were available to move to. No promised bottle of wine ever arrived. Very different experience to our previous stay 16 months before, which seemed more organised and welcoming. Although our bed was made everyday, our bed linen wasn’t changed the entire stay, even when requested. Bed had no mattress protector and pillows had no pillow protectors...
